Very nice villa in a perfect location. Had 6 couples staying in the villa, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Had several meals in the villa, both breakfast and dinner. We all fit around the table with ease.
The location was perfect. Easy access to Lucca and Montecarlo. 35 minute drive to Pisa and under an hour to Florence. Driving in Italy is an experience.
David, the owner, was very helpful and responsive when we needed him.
Overall a great experience.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Leone und wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Es fühlte sich an, als sei man in einem Hotel ohne Gäste. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, mit Welcome Korb, Hausführung etc. und David hat sich auch während der Woche gekümmert und den Pool gereinigt.

Villa Leone è molto bella e dotata di tutti i confort. Pulizia ottima. Perfetta per un soggiorno tra amici. Il proprietario, David è molto disponibile e gentile.

Eine wunderschöne Villa in der malerischen Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist top, alles schön durchdacht! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, pünktlich, hilfsbereit, responsive und gibt viele gute Tipps. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Es lässt keine Wünsche offen! Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und um das Wohl der Mieter besorgt! Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut! Fragen werden sofort beantwortet! Die Fotos werden der Wirklichkeit nicht gerecht! Es ist noch schöner! Wir waren mit 12 Personen dort und alle waren begeistert! Die Lage ist hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😀❤️

☺We can not imagine a better place to stay during our Toscany trip. There was everything you needed for a big group (10 people). Clean rooms, a lot of bathrooms, fireplace, sauna, dining room for all, pool, jacuzzi, bilard, ping-pong, gym.
Contact with the owner was also on highest level

☺The Villa was amazing. We stayed 11 people and we had plenty of room with an extra unit outside. The kitchen was great and the Jacuzzi was fantastic during the night. The host was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed him. Truly recommended to families traveling in one of the most beautiful places in the world!

☺ È stato tutto perfetto.
La villa era dotata di ogni confort e abbiamo passato una bella vacanza insieme alla nostra famiglia numerosa.
Il tempo è stato molto brutto per tutta la durata della nostra vacanza ma per fortuna nella Villa c'era tutto per intrattenere grandi e piccoli e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo.
Peccato che il tempo sia volato ma ci torneremo sicuramente.
